Job Description
We are looking for a new support engineer to join our team in Poland. You will collaborate with our engineering department to develop new applications and improve upon existing ones that will serve our clients and business well.
Main responsibilities
• Installation, commissioning of ancillary equipment and software at customer site
• Hardware and software trainings for customers
• Troubleshooting and identification of malfunctions in advanced technical systems
• Perform specified preventive maintenance task
• Diagnose and complete recommended repairs and replace wear and spare parts
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering or other related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar position
• Person with excellent ability to work autonomously, used to solving complex problems and with a clear orientation to results
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the working time
• Intermediate English (spoken and written)

The successful candidate will have a keen teamwork mind; results-oriented, be driven, self-motivated and well organised. Adaptable, flexible and open-minded and used to work in changing environments with the ability to maintain a good and a collaborative work environment.
