Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-performance standards are met.
- Collaborate with teams across installation, maintenance, and procurement to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze operational data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage team members to foster a motivated and results-driven workforce.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive growth and service excellence.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or electrical contracting industries.
- Proven track record of managing installation projects (residential, commercial, and agricultural).
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain processes.
Management Skills
- Experience in leading teams and managing personnel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget and cost management.
Other Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
