Base Salary $50,000-60,000 per year
Shift Energy Group seeks a Sales Coordinator in BC to join our national Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, as a Sales Coordinator at Shift, your primary responsibilities will include data processing, handling client inquiries, supporting the sales team, managing leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong data analysis skills, and reliable execution with a positive attitude that promotes teamwork, empathy, and harmonious relationships. The ideal candidate will be presentable, articulate, punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and demonstrate integrity and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director to onboard sales information from both internal and external sources.
- Attend the sales meetings, document minutes, and manage related administrative tasks.
- Assist the Director of Sales in developing a continuous training resource for the department.
- Organize and coordinate sales events within the team.
- Work with the Sales team to prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior leadership.
- Monitor metrics to ensure compliance and performance, while prioritizing lead assignments as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and seamless customer experience.
Working Conditions:
- Office business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST, however, due to the nature of sales, it is not uncommon to be working outside regular hours to accomplish our daily productivity goals as a sales organization.
- The role involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
- Ability to travel domestically, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are required.
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary school completion. A minimum college diploma is preferred. Certifications in administration or relevant fields will be considered.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in administration, particularly with a reputable brand or in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; NetSuite would be an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage, minimize downtime, stay on task, and handle tasks promptly.
- Highly organized, dependable, trustworthy and disciplined.
- Extremely detail-oriented, reliable, and able to exhibit a team-first mentality.

Location:
This is a remote role with preference given to candidates residing in British Columbia and Alberta. Operating hours will be based on BC business hours.
