Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Specialist to join our SunnyRate Team. In this role, you will be responsible for confirming appointments set by our call center, verifying lead information, assessing home compatibility with solar, requesting electric bills, ordering solar designs, and scheduling meetings for our sales representatives. This position is critical in ensuring that our sales process runs efficiently and that our customers receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Confirmation: Confirm appointments set by the call center and ensure all necessary information is accurate.
- Lead Verification: Verify the information provided by leads and ensure it aligns with company requirements.
- Home Assessment: Virtually assess homes for solar compatibility using online tools and satellite imagery.
- Electric Bill Request: Communicate with potential customers to request and obtain their electric bills for further analysis.
- Solar Design Ordering: Order custom solar designs based on the customer's home and energy needs.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential customers and our sales representatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related role is preferred. Solar industry experience is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is essential.
