About the role:
The primary responsibility of the Scrum Master will be to oversee delivery and manage a scrum team, to ensure there is a prioritised backlog and relevant Agile ceremonies to ensure delivery of the backlog, driving customer value.
RequirementsHere are the key skills and experience relevant to this role:
Key to the role is to identify project risks and issues, assessing and recognising criticalities and contingencies. The Scrum Master will need to be focused on targets and requirements, with an ability to be adaptable to meet changing business environments.
- Strong understanding and practical experience of Agile and SCRUM
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps
- Management of SCRUM teams and Stakeholders
- Demonstrable understanding of leading key Agile ceremonies
- Understanding of digital product life cycle methodologies
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills (written and verbal).
- In-depth understanding of reporting, analytics and automation delivery.
- 3rd party management
- Experience of working as part of a larger programme of work.
- Experience of working with Azure DevOps– EPICs, features, Sprints, backlogs etc
- Experience of delivering functional business change again using an agile methodology
- Ideally previous experience of working within Renewables, Oil and Gas or Utilities industry.
