JOB SUMMARY: This position is located in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, in the Resource Management and Science Division Wildlife Management Branch. MAJOR DUTIES: Major Duties: Program Management: Administer a wildlife management program in accordance with policy and regulation. Planning: Develop and implement short- and long-range plans for inventory, monitoring, research and evaluation of wildlife-related needs. Technical Assistance: Provide guidance on wildlife management issues. Supervision: Manage human resources performing wildlife management duties, including seasonals, interns, volunteers, and permanent staff.
