JOB SUMMARY: This position serves as on a Fuels Crew in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Wildland Fire and Aviation Management Program within the Southeast Region of National Park Service. MAJOR DUTIES: Maintains and ensures maintenance of equipment and hand tools Leads less-complex fuels management projects Preforms duties specific to the crew of module assigned. Experienced member or leader of a wildland fire module or crew Operate, moves, inspect and performs preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
