JOB SUMMARY: This position is in the Office of Research and Development (ORD), Center for Computational Toxicology and Exposure, Great Lakes Toxicology and Ecology Division, Great Lakes Toxicology and Ecology Division Program Operations Staff. About ORD. This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis. MAJOR DUTIES: You will: In conjunction with the Agency's Physical Security and preparedness branch, develop and implement nationwide policies, procedures, guidance, and direction on all non-Information Technology-related physical security matters and issues. Represent the Division, Center, and ORD to internal and external partners on Master Planning efforts including the planning, analysis, development, execution, and review of policies and activities carried out by the Division. Perform the duties of the Contract Officer Representative, Task Order Contract Officer Representative, and Project Officer for the division. Advise senior management on program planning and resource utilization within the organization as well as conducting special assignments and administrative tasks for the Division as directed by senior management. You will spend 25-50% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
