As part of our Sustainable Operations Team you will work on EHS strategy, designing and implementing EHS management systems, compliance management support and delivering audit programmes, covering the breadth of environmental through to health and safety disciplines.
Work on the design and implementation of corporate Environmental, Health & Safety strategies and programs for HSE and Sustainability including diagnostics, compliance and technical audits, awareness raising, training programs, and hazard and risks identification and assessment.
Work on the design and implementation of activities related to H&S Training and field coaching, including competency assessment, training programs for behavioral change, human factor analysis and assessment.
Support on design and implementation of HSE and Sustainability governance processes aimed to drive Operational performance improvement of Organizations, including deployment of risk and opportunities assessment, development of management systems, planning and delivery of auditing activities, design and delivery of training programs.
Lead sustainability reporting requirements such as CSRD, taxonomy or non-financial indicators reporting, or voluntary reporting such as CDP.
Support on specific sustainability activities (e.g. Low Carbon Economy Transition projects, Carbon neutrality and climate change projects, Life-Cycle Assessments, circular economy, and more).
About you:
Substantial, relevant experience across HSE and sustainability disciplines as a consultant or in industry.
Master's degree in environmental/Safety Engineering, Environmental/Natural resources Management or other relevant disciplines.
Working knowledge of English (C1 at least) and Italian is required, knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred French and/or Spanish).
Knowledge or experience in EU taxonomy, CSRD directive, materiality analysis, non-financial reporting and other sustainability reporting such as CDP (climate/water).
Good knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and international HSE & Sustainability Guidelines/Standards (e.g. SDGs, TCFD, ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 50001, ISO 26000, SA8000).
