- B.S. Degree in related field or equivalent experience in an EHS role.
- Ability to drive programs and engage associates within all levels of the organization.
- Must have good interpersonal relationship and cross functional teamwork skills.
- Ability to develop training, deliver training, and leverage best practice programs.
- Motivates positive behavioral change through coaching and influencing.
Essential Responsibilities:

The EHS Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining our company’s occupational health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance to all standards and lead efforts to continuously improve.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage and implement safety training, JHAs, and lead incident investigations.
- Complete all required regulatory reporting documents in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations in which we operate, including but not limited to: OSHA, EPA, OEPA, and the City of Columbus.
- Advises leadership team on key EHS metrics, compliance concerns, and our EHS strategy for success.
- Perform workplace hazard assessments and EHS audits.
- Generate and maintain Safety Data Sheets.
- Coordinate permit updates and additions with all air, water, and waste permits.
