Ohio EPA wants you to be our newest environmental supervisor in the Division of Drinking and Ground Waters (DDAGW) at our Central Office in Columbus.
You’ll help ensure safe drinking water for Ohio.
In this role, you’ll develop,coordinate,andimplement the agency’s drinkingwatercompliance program for lead and copper to ensure public water systems (PWS) are providing safe drinking water in accordance with state and federal regulations.
You’ll oversee development and implementation of data management systems to track analytical results and compliance of PWSs. Using our Safe Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS), you’ll coordinaterequestsfor PWS compliance data,reports, and determinations for state and federal violations.
As subject expert, you’ll provideoversight, technical assistance, and regulation interpretation for the Lead and Copper rule to agency management and staff, implementationworkgroups, andpublicwatersystems. You’ll also assist the agency with the development and drafting of Ohio Administrative Code rules and regulations for lead and copper in drinking water.
