In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills acquired in school and apply them in a manufacturing environment under the direct supervision of the EH & S Manager. At the end of the program, each intern will present their project to an audience that may include their managers, their peers, and executive leaders.
The interns will spend the remainder of their time receiving additional on-the-job experience, building their networks, and learning together in classes. Classes will feature topics such as business etiquette, resume writing, interviewing skills, and presenting with confidence.
