Manage the operational readiness of the projects in Japan:
• Partner with the Service Portfolio Manager in the ramp up process to deliver higher production performance from day 1
• New projects handed over on time and in the best possible conditions implementing and following the PM@SGRE
• Implement the 72ONE99 program activities
• Create & communicate Project Management Plan in Service
• Facilitate communication among all the stakeholders during the entire Service Preparation Phase
·Meet with Service Portfolio Manager, when a new project is booked, to review the OR Checklist and identify the required activities during OPS Readiness Phase (PM080-PM650) reviewing also new country/new market requirements if applicable
·Together with the Service Portfolio Manager, identify the Project Team for the OPS Readiness Phase
·Apply OR Checklist to the project. Depending on the nature of the project, the initial checklist would be the one related to: NU Projects (Known technologies / New Platforms), oOEM Projects & Win-back Projects.
·Inform the Project Team about the activities they are responsible for.
·Track the progress of all activities ensuring that project deliverables are completed.
·Support internal project gates review meetings.
·Support project team on addressing issues defining countermeasures when necessary.
·Contribute to monthly report to sow the adherence of the project to the PM@SGRE and the progress of the service preparation phase.
·Participate in the process to activate the availability reporting tool (WOAV / Global Reporting Tool (GRT)). Collect registration of turbine 1st power and TOC dates for the project WTGs (supplied by NU).
·Track the availability figures, facilitate project collaboration meeting and prepare regular report (monitor through the Power BI).
·Evaluate impact on the availability and inform about the technical and process issues and follow up the appliance of the corrective action for their resolution.
·Lead coordination meeting with the different project team members such as SPS, TE, Q, HHRR, Training, Onshore, etc.
·Provide, if requested, Operational Support in the preparation phase / site setup phase to Sales PM during the Bid Preparation.
·Define, run, and implement in the project the global improvement and productivity initiatives regarding operational readiness.
·5+ years of experience in the wind industry, with demonstrable working knowledge on operations. Project/site management experience is preferred.
·Project Management Certification is required: IPMA Certification preferred, but also PMI or PM@Siemens accepted
·Highly developed interpersonal skills, effective communication skills across all levels.
·Excellent English, good Microsoft Office skills.
Travel required: up to 25%
