Plans and executes sales targets and activities in Japanese market for the portfolio of a unit in order to increase
sales with all kinds of potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets.
Recruiting sales business.
Acquisition of wind farm project in Japanese market through cooperation with the Siemens
Gamesa Renewable Energy global team to propose attractive solutions to the technical, financial
and risk adverse solutions to attract IPP, Developer and Utilities and to be responsible for achieving
sales goals.
1) Grasp of customer needs and proposal of solution
2) Preparation and submission of project bid ,organizing negotiation with customer to achieve sign
of the contract as well as acquiring Notice To Proceed.
3) Achieving revenue target and profit through strategic approach.
4) Reporting to head quarter regarding market trend in Japanese market
Experience
1) Experience in technical sales of power plant business, infrastructure and large project
experience. Better to have wind power project experience
2) Business experience in English communication with foreign engineers and global teams (at the
level of explanation, persuasion and negotiation)
Qualification Required / Skill and knowledge
1) Knowledge on power generation business, infrastructure and large project. Even better to have
knowledge of wind power project experience
2) Good communication skills for sharing information and cooperation with customer, supplier and
internal colleague
3) business knowledge in cross-cultural and high communication by Japanese native level with English Skill at business level.
4) Basic PC skills for Windows and Office software
