Job Description
Position Title - Deputy Manager
Experience- 8-14 years
Qualification- Any graduate
Location- Kurudagi - Karnataka
Role & responsibilities :
- Identification of Wind farm site location as per requirement
- Co-ordinate with developer for demarcation of purchased land for WTG as well as pathway
- Feasibility analysis and preliminary field survey
- Providing the land with proper pathway (Legally Cleared) and handing over to construction
- Evaluation of the performance of vendors for timely completion
- Coordination with various nodal agency like MPNRED for various approvals
- Hand over the site to service (Solving the all issues arising with the land purchase along with Legal department till commissioning of wind farm)
- Obtaining the NO objection certification from the Electrical Authorities for installation and commissioning the WTG
- Co-ordination with land developers regarding the pendency of documents
- Site feasibility analysis and preparation of reports
- Conduct regular meeting with land developers and monitoring the land acquisition activities
- Maintaining master record of land document submission list
- Review of land progress with site team on regular basis and updating the MIS with management
- Review of vendor outstanding and bill clearance
- Perusal of post GPA activities like NA conversion, TILR/Sub division, mutation and HOTO Organized due diligence in preparation for sale of business unit.
- Identifying trends and assessed opportunities to improve processes and execution.
