General Job Description
• BOP asset (Substation & EHV/HV line) operation & Maintenance.
• Health assessment & trouble shooting of site issues.
• Day to day activity planning & monitoring.
• MIS preparation & performance improvement.
Specific Responsibilities
• Must have a good understanding of single line diagram, different C/R panel scheme,
• Routine testing of all equipment’s (circuit breaker, Current Transformer, Potential Transformer, Isolator, Lightning arrester, wave trap, CVT, SCADA, Protection relays).
• Ensuring healthiness & Analyzation of all Protection Schemes, like Earthing, Relay / VCB functioning, etc.
• Trouble shooting of EHV/HV line grid fault & its resolution.
• Executed with scheduled of Operation & Maintenance substation & WTGs DP yard.
• Site B/D & shutdown activity informed to QCA (Forecasting agency) & save F& S loss.
• Adhering to service procedures with focus on optimising operational effectiveness and reducing breakdowns / downtime to minimum.
• Knowledge, Handling skills & analysing of special tools & system like Thermography camera & on line conditioning monitor system.
• Proper liaison with Government bodies for Energy Tariff related matters i.e. Energy Billing, etc.
• Handling Local Issues (ROW) pertaining to HT Line Maintenance activities.
• New material requirement coordination with SCM team, controlling inventory & maintenance cost with optimization of available resources.
• Advantage if the candidate has knowledge in SAP or any ERP system.
• Adopting best safety practices for ensuring Zero Accidents while working.
• Providing training & guiding subordinates in improving overall performance of wind farms
