Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Schneider Electric North America Low Voltage Transformer Business? As a Financial Business Partner, you'll be an essential member of a dynamic team, contributing to both operational and strategic decisions that drive our portfolio’s performance.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Portfolio Performance: Take the lead in developing a comprehensive business dashboard to track key performance indicators (KPIs), both leading and lagging. Your insights will empower the Business Team to make informed decisions and pinpoint areas for improvement across Front Office, Global Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and more.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work seamlessly across a matrix of Finance and Non-Finance partners to implement effective business plans. Your collaborative spirit will help us achieve our goals together!
Rolling Forecast Leadership: Spearhead the Rolling Forecast process within the Low Voltage Transformer organization, ensuring that we remain agile and responsive to market changes.
Engage Executive Leadership: Communicate business performance and execution to our Executive Leadership team, providing clear visibility into potential risks and opportunities. Your ability to convey complex information in an understandable way will be key to our success.
Ensure Compliance: Play a crucial role in implementing and adhering to key internal controls, safeguarding our financial integrity.
Ad Hoc Support: Flex your problem-solving skills by supporting the General Manager and team with various ad hoc requests that arise, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to the team.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- You have 8+ years of relevant experience in finance and business, ideally in a matrixed multinational environment.
- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance.
- You possess critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- You are driven, passionate about growth, and always ready to challenge the status quo for the business’s best interest.
- You have experience managing a P&L in a matrixed organization.
- You have excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
