MAJOR DUTIES: You will: The incumbent develops, directs, and implements comprehensive outreach and engagement strategies for communities, tribes, and small business, that are implemented by team members working on regulatory and programmatic actions with a national scope. Lead the development of templates and guidance documents for ensuring that viewpoints of communities, tribes, and small businesses are addressed in outreach and engagement efforts for Clean Air Act regulatory actions. Develop and lead strategies for external training on participation in the regulatory development process for external stakeholders, and for understanding programmatic responsibilities for outreach and engagement for internal stakeholders. Review and develop systematic assessments on the adequacy and consistency of impacts on outreach and engagement efforts for community groups, tribal nations, and small business stakeholders. You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
