In this role, you will be accountable for delivering a balanced demand and supply plan across the supply chain by aligning volume and mix with capacity and capability, integrating global financial and operating plans with strategic objectives, and delivering improved sourcing, operating, and financial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare data and material for monthly SIOP meetings, facilitating decisions around Offer, Demand, Supply, Capacity, and Inventory planning, and ensure execution of decisions.
- Work closely with Sales and Business Unit on planning and executing the ramp-up and ramp-down products, connecting with Demand and Inventory planning.
- Aggregate the demand plan from 0-24 months, interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Create end-to-end scenario planning to commit supply as per available capacity and components and assess the impact on customer service.
- Identify strategic inventory to support business growth, while identifying excess and obsolete inventory and seeking recycling opportunities to prevent any P&L impact.
- Lead the recovery when demand exceeds capacity, propose Demand Shaping options to maintain revenue projection, define allocation rules with Sales & Marketing, and ensure execution.
- Identify significant business risks and propose mitigation plans to the leadership teams.
- Follow SIOP planning processes and ensure that all plants adopt and implement standard business planning practices.
- Clearly and concisely communicate with all business partners by simplifying complex situations, enabling rapid decision-making and forward progress.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Operations, or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Vendor Forecasting experience.
- Experience with Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle, or other planning software packages.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
