The Global Procurement Services team is looking for a self-driven Global Procure to Pay PMO to join the Transformation Team. This role will lead the successful delivery of the procure to pay Transformation in the NAM region, collaborating with key business partners to enhance the procure to pay process and governance.
Location: Nashville, TN
Travel availability up to 30% of the time (NAM Region)
What will you do in this role?
- Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and methodologies across the procure to pay transformation organization.
- Oversee project portfolio, including prioritization and resource allocation.
- Analyze project performance data and provide insights.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality standards.
- Engage with stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to project managers and teams.
- Support implementation of changes and ensure alignment with change initiatives.
Who will you report to? Global P2P Transformation Director.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree on Business Management, Supply Chain, and/or Engineering is required. MBA is a plus.
- Global scope and complex project management experience (5+ years).
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management & agile methods.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- High result achievements through coaching and cooperation.
- Networking and ability to connect with Directors and VPs.
