Schneider Electric is looking for a recognized leader in the Procurement community within Power Products and Power System Engineering. This role involves exceptional project management and transformation skills in the Fabricated Components/Raw Materials market.

What will you do?
- Drive the delivery of a competitive advantage and best-in-class quality from suppliers in collaboration with the team.
- Develop and communicate a clear procurement strategy aligned with Business Roadmap and Global Procurement strategy.
- Define and execute a procurement business plan focused on customers and value creation through robust supplier choices and market knowledge.
- Play a pivotal role in Offer Innovation processes by leveraging strong technology knowledge and fostering continuous learning.
- Lead a team of Business Procurement leaders and assistants, emphasizing communication, empowerment, and teamwork with adjacent organizations.
- Connect Business strategy and future needs with Supplier Market risk and opportunities, challenging and deploying category strategy and SOCs.
- Actively participate in OTM, Innovation, and Investigation phases, driving choices on Core technologies, and ensuring project and supplier performance.
- Advocate for technical productivity, resilience, and standardization, ensuring pipeline/idea generation and managing resource allocation escalation to the LoB.
- Uphold performance criteria including Project Target Cost achievement, Project Time to market achievement, Innovation from suppliers, Employee’s engagement, Multisourcing and standardization, and QVE & COS productivity.
- This position has travel expectations up to 30% within North America.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Electronics Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- NPI knowledge/experience, managing sheet metal commodities, and securing supplier capacity.
- Strong focus on mechanical categories in raw materials and capacity.
- Over 10 years of experience in the Fabricated Components/Raw Materials market, Offer Creation, and Brand Labeling.
- Proven ability to build R&D relationships through DFM and Product Management in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience managing global teams and developing high-performance cultures.
- Strong strategic vision, excellent negotiating, and analytical skills.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to understand diverse viewpoints.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish skills are a plus.
