As the Graphic Design Specialist for Stryker’s Sustainability Solutions, you will have the opportunity to shape the visual narrative of our brand, creating impactful and engaging designs that resonate with our audience. You will be at the forefront of our creative initiatives ranging from our digital presence, customer engagement activities, presentations and product launches, turning ideas into compelling visuals that drive our mission forward. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Understand the principles of design, layout and color theory and use them to develop creative concepts
- Ensure communication/graphics is consistent and reflects the brand standards, mission values, culture and strategic priorities of the organization
- Collaborate within the team and across functions to execute and produce creative graphic solutions
- Understand the major responsibilities of the internal communications function
- Serve as an advisor for design/video best practices
- Identify and prioritize projects to ensure efficient use of resources
- Order print inventory when needed / obsolete all out of date collateral
- Propose new collateral to reduce amount of posters, labels materials etc. offered
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor's Degree in design or related field required
- 0+ years of experience required
- Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (Including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint preferred.
