About the Role
We’re looking for a Sustainability and Compliance Lead to join our global team based in Lund, Sweden. In this strategic role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to lead global sustainability initiatives and the supplier auditor network, driving positive change across our entire value chain. With international travel between 30-50 days per year, you’ll connect with global teams, influence sustainability efforts worldwide, and make a tangible difference in how we do business.
As part of a collaborative and experienced team, you’ll steer a global network of approximately 50 professionals, including three regional networks of supplier auditors. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning sustainability opportunities across both global and local levels, ensuring we meet and exceed our sustainability goals.
Your Initial Projects:
Lead initiatives related to CSRD and CSDDD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive).
Drive projects focused on Human Rights and Labor Rights.
Implement and advance Digital Tools for sustainability assessments and audits.
Lead and inspire our global network of supplier auditors.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our sourcing organization in Sweden, working closely with international colleagues in sustainability and compliance. It’s a strategic position where your actions will have a profound impact both internally and externally, influencing suppliers and conditions across the entire value chain.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead global sustainability and compliance projects and initiatives.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in sustainability and compliance.
Represent Sustainable sourcing in internal and external networks, e.g. for Human rights.
Act as business representative in digitalization projects, e.g. related to due diligence tools & reports.
Develop and enhance sustainability and compliance capabilities within the sourcing organization.

What You Know
Experience: At least 5 years in sustainability, particularly in Sustainable Sourcing along with a University Degree. Experience leading quality and sustainability audits and coaching others in audit methodology and quality tools, preferably the Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Knowledge: Strong expertise in creating value through sustainability initiatives and a proven track record in data-driven sustainability, particularly related to sustainability due diligence. Experience in sustainability legislation and reporting is essential.
Skills: Proficiency in analytics and Power BI is advantageous.
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Swedish proficiency is a plus.
