DescriptionSustainability Team Service:
- Audit, Advisory and Training of Sustainability Reports(CSRD, ESRS)
- Verification of Second Party Opinion(SPO) Assessment/Review on Green(and/or Social) Bond
- Other ongoing Audits, Advisory and Training related to Sustainability
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business development and relationship/network building in the market:
- Lead business development for sustainability assurance and advisory services (such as gap analysis for ESRS, IFRS S1&S2)
- Liaise with key stakeholders in sustainability across the public and private sectors to identify market trends and needs of clients
- Manage client relationships and contacts
Practical operations and performance management:
- Establish business plans/target and manage performance
- Monitor and deliver new regulations and the complex technical issues (ESRS, IFRS S1&S2, CSDDD, climate-related disclosures, etc.)
- Oversee project operations and post-project review sessions
- Write high level technical reports and proposals
- Co-lead tool development, process improvements and assurance digitalization
- Conduct audit, verification, advisory and training services of sustainability reports and green/social bonds/loans based on the EU Taxonomy (and/or K-Taxonomy)

QualificationsRequired:
- A degree, preferably in environment, accounting, sustainable finance, human rights or other sustainability related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in sustainability assurance and advisory services, preferably in a large and dynamic organizations
- Greenhouse gas verifier preferably
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations in sustainability
- Extensive experience working and leading in a team-oriented settings
- Personnel management and project management skills
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel, as necessary
- Highly advanced ability of English communication
- Proficient OA skills (MS office, AI tool)
Preferred:
- Excellent business development skills
- Proven track record in managing large and complex projects
- Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver effective and pragmatic solutions.
