- BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
- 12+ years of experience
- PE license strongly preferred
- A masters in a related field may substitute for 2 years of experience.
- Reports to and supports the NE environmental team.
- Experience with MassDOT and MBTA procedures to achieve environmental compliance throughout all phases of a project.
- Meets project, client and regulatory deadlines.
- Works in a timely fashion to meet project budgets.
- Working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations and requirements related to environmental permitting.
- Communicates effectively with clients, coworkers, sub consultants, and county/agency review staff.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Handles multiple public and private sector clients.
- Other duties as required.
