Summary: The Amusements Team Leader is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of Carousel Gardens and Storyland. The primary role of the position is to facilitate a safe and pleasant experience for all guests who come to the park. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned- Serve as guest first point of contact for the Amusement Park/Storyland
- Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
- Ensure all rides are properly and adequately staffed.
- Ensure a safe experience for all guests.
- Open and/or close the facility as required by the schedule.
- Monitor and ensure satisfactory conditions and cleanliness of the entire facility.
- Monitor condition and level of inventory and equipment, process orders as necessary.
- Ensure that all labor and safety guidelines are being adhered to during park operation.
- Responding to, facilitating and/or assisting with park safety incidents as a representative of management.
- Ensure that all staff follow policies and procedures.
- Fill in as ride operator when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements- High school/ GED with three years’ experience in customer service
