Summary: The Prep Cook is responsible for the preparation and presentation of all menu items served from the kitchen.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned:- Prepares all menu items according to City Park recipes;
- Uses good sanitary practices in food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of facility;
- Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, walk in coolers and storage
rooms; - Reports all safety related matters to management;
- Assists management in the ordering process.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:- High School education/GED
- Must possess a current driver’s license.
- Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as business dictates.
- Must be able to work outdoors.
