Base Salary: $36,000 to $45,000 per year based on experience, plus generous commissions, with year 1 total compensation expected to be $85,000 to $130,000 and year 2 earning potential of $150,000+.

Requirements
Lead and motivate a team of door-to-door sales professionals, driving performance in the field and modeling excellence.
