Entry Level Installer
Position Overview
An Entry Level Installer will assist in the installation of solar and energy storage systems at both residential and commercial sites.
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions and assist in installing roof attachments, rails, and panels.
- Clean and organize job sites and vehicles
- Competent with emails, texting, and phone apps for daily field reports and company communication
- Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Continuously want to learn and ask lots of questions.
- Communicate effectively with peers and managers.
- Basic math skills are needed.
- Reliable and prompt.
- Maintain a clean driving record with a reliable vehicle.
- Help where needed.
Requirements
- Handy with basic hand and power tools and construction.
- Physically fit to carry solar panels and other heavy equipment.
- Can acclimate to outdoor work environments with variable weather.
- Climb ladders and not afraid of heights.
- Trenching and drilling may be required.
- Strictly follow safety rules.
- OSHA10 or 30
- Enrolled or Completed Electrical Trainee School
