Position Summary:
The Install Scheduling team provides best-in-class training and a continuous improvement culture where bright people from varied backgrounds help maintain high-quality solar installations, while pushing and optimizing for quantity. The quality of your work directly impacts the efficiency and culture of the corporate office and the field. Essential Duties:
- Review jobs and send feedback to the installation crew or approving the job
- Complete all pre-install audits and schedule all midpoint inspections
- Always have a plan of action for every account to be complete in your region
- Take an average of 10-15 inbound phone calls daily
Minimum Qualifications:
- Learn quickly and assimilate knowledge to improve the way we approach work
- Strong communication skills
- Scheduling or customer service experience preferred
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
