Responsibilities:
- Contact customers through phone calls, emails, and text messaging to coordinate the scheduling of their solar installation.
- Perform pre-installation audits to verify permits and materials, and schedule rough inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Create monitoring portal accounts for new installations.
- Communicate with sales reps to update them regarding the progress of their customers’ installations.
- Follow up with field resources to make sure installations are getting done, scheduling additional time for corrections if needed.
- Review installation photos to verify that installations were performed appropriately.
What we’re looking for:
- Confidence in learning quickly through failure and feedback
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Someone who thrives with a high degree of autonomy and trust
- The desire to fulfill future leadership roles involving the training of new coordinators
- Previous solar experience is a plus, but in no way a requirement
