SUMMARY
The Field Logistics Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Fleet Manager, field employees and field managers. This position will focus on completing day-to-day tasks related to field operations such as maintaining accuracy in systems, preparing reports for managers, and providing support to the manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee completion of field audit and report results to management
- Support field with day-to-day logistics, fleet and safety needs
- Generate fleet tracking and safety reports for management review
- Ensure records are accurate with field systems, insurance, and other internal websites
- Support in onboarding of new employees, and vehicles working with various vendors and insurance to make transitions smooth
- Coordinate travel arrangements for field employees

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve and coordinate multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Excel, Microsoft, Mac
