Starting Rate of pay:
$24.01/hour (Rate will be $1 less during probationary period – 600 hours worked).
Shifts Available and Hours: Overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Shift Premium: Night shift premium: $0.65 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Moving tractors trailers safely
- Operating a crane and lift truck safely
- Loading truck safely and identity the proper sequence of events
- Generating packing slips for loads
- Properly understanding customers shipping and unloading requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years working within a similar lead hand position/environment
- Experience of 1-2 years with counterbalance forklift with propane powered
- AZ license (moving tractor-trailers in and out of the building)
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Able to work with minimum supervision
