Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for the active growth of the company direct sales of PV and Energy Storage systems to Commercial and Industrial customers. The sales representative manages and develops the relationships with potential customers as well as manages the sale process of systems until transaction closure.
2. Responsibilities:
2.1 External Technical sales included Resellers, PV systems and Energy Storage Solutions to Commercial and Industrial customers.
2.2 Promote company services and products within the professional PV market and Resellers
2.3 Maintain an accurate register of customer enquiries through our CRM system Pipedrive
2.4 Feed and maintain leads
2.5 Plan and execute customer events directed to industrial customers including participation and organization of Trade Shows
2.6 Meet or surpass assigned monthly and weekly sales target
2.7 Assist technically our customers both in the field and offices as required during project implementation.
2.8 Follow up of assigned accounts punctual payments
2.9 Produce a sales pipeline in weekly bases based on CRM information
2.10 Identify and if necessary cold call prospective customers within his area of responsibility
2.11 Regularly travel and visit network of resellers to expand product range and maintain relationship
2.12 Perform site visits to prospective customers for site assessment and basic system dimensioning.
Qualifications and Experience
3.1 3 years' experience within the renewable energy industry
3.2 Good Business level English / Afrikaans fluency is desirable.
3.3 Drivers License and been able to drive company vehicle is a must.
3.4 South African Resident or Permanent Resident status
