We are now looking for a colleague who has a passion for tax and wants to develop within the area in a diverse, dynamic, and multidisciplinary environment. You will work closely with other business areas and have a key role in tax related strategic matters and help drive business value.
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
Leads a variety of assignments, clarifying objectives
Determines the principles and techniques to be employed
Coordinates the preparation of tax returns, examines accounts
Calculates taxes owed according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations by required deadlines
Cooperates with tax advisors in order to optimize tax burdens
Manages or contributes to preparation of Financial statements and tax declarations.
May act as first accountable point of contact for tax authorities. Independently researches and analyzes key issues
Provides financial accounting staff with technical tax advice and assistance
May act as first accountable point of contact for tax authorities
Prepares reports and studies for management as requested
Corresponds and negotiates with tax officials at a tactical level
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
An Academic degree in Accounting / Finance from reputable University or college
Minimum five years’ experience in similar function
Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Solid SAP experience is an advantage
International tax knowledge
Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as English fluency
Presentation, analytical thinking, communication & accountability skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in difficult and often time-constrained situations will nicely round off your profile
Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment independently and within the team with high level of accuracy
