Essential Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, implement, and support the Active Directory/Entra ID environment.
- Collaborate with global Digital Technologies functional teams to integrate systems and applications with leveraging centralized authentication such as Azure Active Directory/Entra ID.
- Provide subject matter knowledge and expertise on Azure Active Directory/Entra ID and Active Directory synchronization.
- Support and maintain Entra ID App Registrations and Enterprise Applications.
- Discover opportunities to automate existing manual processes and introduce new automation to enhance security posture and remove manual efforts through automated solutions using scripts, logic apps etc.
- Reviews deployed infrastructure, create and update new technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.

To be successful in this role you will need:
- BCS degree and 5 years of experience with IT
- Proven experience as a Senior Active Directory/Entra ID Engineer or similar role with minimum 4 years of experience.
- Knowledge of security best practices for Azure Active Directory/Entra ID.
- Experience with following service management concepts, including change management, configuration management, and release management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills leveraging Entra ID sign on and audit logs.
- Provide expert knowledge of Azure Active Directory/Entra ID capabilities such as Conditional Access Policies, Privileged Identity Manager and Application Registrations.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple high-priority demands while driving consistent results.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting with proven experience implementing automation including experience utilizing APIs such as Microsoft Graph.
- Strong knowledge of Single-Sign On and authentications protocols such as SAML & OIDC.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
