The Customer Project Execution (CPX) Department is in charge of all wind farm projects from start to completion. The team takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed and remains responsible until the final tests are completed. Working closely with the sales, legal, logistics, procurement and finance departments, the construction team has to keep the project on budget and on schedule, ensures our optimal safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations for new projects for installation
- Follow Up and coordinate the quotations for logistic, planning, EHS, security and other areas to guarantee alignment with Client requirements
- Support Sales to prepare the Commercial and Technical offers to TSIA and EPC
- Review contract wordings supporting Legal
- Assessment of project risk and mitigations
- Ensure alignment with key goals for new project including safety, profitability, cash flow and time.
- KPI development to ensure workload and division of demand within team, monitor prospects and quotations progress.
- Guarantee updating of share point files and document access to the team.
- Risk and Opportunities management within the projects during sales phase, including strategies, action plans and follow-up and lessons learned
- Update and alignment of Scope of Supply and set of contractual annexes.
- Seek for continuous improvement by proposing relevant methods and tools, develop and implement with BID LATAM team.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management, bid management and contract management, for example acquired in the wind industry or in the energy sector.
- Engineering degree. (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil) Master in Project Management or MBA will be also welcomed.
- Experience in installation and EPC contracts.
- Power BI.
- Solid proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Microsoft office package proficiency
