JOB SUMMARY: This position is in Region 5, Superfund and Emergency Management Division, Emergency Response Branch 2, Emergency Response Section 4. MAJOR DUTIES: You will: Plan, schedule, and conduct periodic audits of field site working conditions to determine the nature and extent of any potentially hazardous physical, biological, or chemical conditions, and the effectiveness of existing control measures and work processes. Provide guidance, assistance, and training on industrial hygiene and safety matters. Provide assistance to the Regional Safety, Health, and Environmental Program Manager on issues related to Superfund and Emergency Management Division (SEMD) operation of the overall Regional Occupational Health and Safety program.
