For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000 - $204,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. As a Strategy Execution Lead in the Strategy Execution and Transformation team at Schneider Electric, you will play a central role in driving our company's growth by leading the implementation of strategic transformations. Leveraging your 7+ years of experience, you will be responsible for leading 2-3 large strategic transformations that help accelerate our North America Business. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and deploying initiatives that capitalize on cross-business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership, leveraging your expertise to develop recommendations that will accelerate our enterprise growth initiatives.
What will you do?
- Effective C-Level Communication: Articulate complex insights, strategies, and recommendations clearly and effectively to executive leadership. Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive presentations that drive towards actionable decisions. Advise, influence, and challenge senior leadership around strategic frameworks.
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: Apply advanced critical thinking skills to identify scope, spot root causes, and craft actionable implementation plans for all sizes of transformations. Design and create the execution frameworks for large, multi-BU strategic problems.
- Program Management and Implementation: Oversee the execution of large-scale transformation initiatives. Design the overall governance model for high priority programs and monitor the progress, milestones, and budgets to ensure successful implementation. Effectively communicate and align cross-BU teams around the strategic growth initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop multi-level change management plans and partner with stakeholders to ensure adoption. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout all levels and understand the needs of the business. Develop communication and engagement plans by stakeholder group.
- Orchestrating and Facilitating: Provide direction to cross-functional teams and foster collaboration among team members by leveraging business execution and strategic planning experience. Facilitate decision making and gain consensus on key strategic initiatives. Ensure realization of program objectives by driving project timelines and deliverables against defined KPIs.
- Strategic Roadmap Design: Leverage comprehensive voice of the customer research to provide execution recommendations to senior leaders. Translate insights into achievable, time-based implementation roadmaps for business units throughout the organization.
- Operating Model Design: Support the team in developing robust operating models for strategic initiatives and support the team in the development of business cases. Develop recommendations and plans on how to operationalize and implement sustainable transformations throughout the organization.
- Leadership & Mentorship Expertise: Act as a mentor and guide for junior team members. Provide recommendations on ideal allocation model for the large strategic transformations that the team will support.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or equivalent experience in related fields (advanced degree such as an MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business operations, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of leading and implementing large strategic transformations.
- Exceptional leadership and critical thinking, problem solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with change management and stakeholder analysis.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
