Develop and oversee the control systems for changes in legal & internal guidelines and evaluate them for continual improvement.
Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity. Conduct internal compliance audits.
Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company and communicate to various stakeholders.
Track, apply, follow up and renew the necessary statutory and non-statutory compliance requirements from regulatory bodies.
Responsible for management and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual compliance reports and management reports for Senior Management
Prepare reports for external regulatory bodies as appropriate when required.
Lead the Environmental Management Cell and conduct regular audits to identify and rectify non-conformity.
Conduct training and awareness on the upcoming legislation and change management to various stakeholders.
Prepare and conduct trainings as per plan and share reports to various stake holders. Analyze the training effectiveness through evaluation and share the results to stake holders.
Co-coordinating and hosting Senior Management meetings and Client meetings.
Co-ordinate and conduct monthly Rewards & Recognition event, World Environment
Day events and other when required.
Site level Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities:
Legislative Compliance implementation across site.
Management of Change implementation and continual improvement of HSE across site.
