- You create and structure digital learning content
- You organize the team equipment
- You take over sub-projects independently
Your profile
- You are studying business administration, psychology or a comparable study program
- You ideally have some experience in the field of human resources
- You are interested in the topics of organization, talent management, employer branding and social media
- You can handle high demands well
- You work in a structured, detailed and results-oriented way
- You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- You have very good German and good English skills
