Now they are searching for potential candidates to join their organization as Inside Sales Engineer.
Job Description
- Ensuring timely solutions by meeting key deadlines for sales inquiries and product deliveries.
- Addressing technical product issues and providing appropriate solutions for customer needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential customers.
- Offering remote technical support for product installation, operation, repair, and maintenance.
- Resolving technical problems efficiently, preventing recurrence and improving customer satisfaction.
- Investigating technical concerns and initiate corrective actions to resolve issues.
- Ensuring excellent customer service, handling complaints and delivering positive outcomes.
- Supporting customers in multiple regions, including Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Myanmar, and Cambodia.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, 22-35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Have at least 1 – 3 years of experience as an Inside Sales Engineer, Technical Service Engineer or related.
- Good command of English.
- Highly energetic, proactive, able to engage and influence, problem-solving aptitudes.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Willing to work hard.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform in high-pressure situations; "can-do" attitude.
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Having a service mind.
