The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving the TIC business service growth in the services sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Prepare and present business proposals, negotiations, and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure client needs are met and service delivery is aligned with expectations.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and market research.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a field of Engineering or Environment or Energy or Sustainability or any related field in technical or industry.
- Excellent in Thailand's mother tongue and able to be and, reading in Thai.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing-related role the business services of industry, such as: sustainability, EGS, Carbon Credit, Carbon Footprint, Renewable Energy, Agriculture, Testing, and Inspection Certification, wind turbine, Power plant.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience with market research and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
