The role of the Data Quality Analyst is to understand end-to-end Sustainability data processes and use knowledge to implement and maintain defined data management solutions. This position will work closely with our Sustainability organization to assess, improve, and govern the area’s critical data assets. This role will engage with business teams to remediate data quality issues. Works within and beyond area of control to implement improvement approaches. Will also assist Data Management organization with administration of key tools, processes, and improvement efforts.
How you'll help us innovate to build a better world
• Develop, implement, and maintain data quality standards and procedures;
• Analyze data to identify quality issues, inconsistencies, and errors while considering the impact of decisions on various groups of individuals.
• Collaborate with data owners, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and execute data cleansing and data validation routines
• Monitor data quality trends and recommend corrective actions as needed
• Support data governance initiatives to ensure compliance with data standards and regulations
• Participate in data quality audits and compliance reviews
• Continuously improve data quality processes, tools, and methodologies

The Data Quality Analyst needs to be proficient in soft skills:

Technology skills
The Data Quality Analyst needs to be proficient in Microsoft Tools - Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Power BI, SQL, JSON, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• 5+ years of related work experience preferred
• SQL experience
• Strong, proven problem-solving skills and ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems, driving solution through to completion
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills as well as business acumen and a commercial outlook.
