Job Description:
Solar Works Energy is looking for a creative, independent and ambitious person to join our team. Our field marketing department is in need of a leader to recruit, train, and manage a large team. This position is for an experienced manager wanting to increase earning potential and work for a successful, respected, local solar company. Opportunity for growth is available to those who show the ability to lead a successful team.This is not an entry level position and requires an individual who takes pride in their work and understands their strengths and weaknesses well enough to leverage them in their management style. Industry experience is a plus but is not required.
This is a salaried position with uncapped commissions.
In this role you will be working directly with the Sales Manager and creating new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities Include:
·Leading and training canvass team, interviewing and hiring canvassers, leading weekly meetings, and holding the team accountable.
Bonuses are available based on production of the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
·Dependable, Adaptable, Hardworking, People-Person
·MUST have previous management. 2+ plus years in a leadership role is ideal.
·2+ years Sales and d2d experience is preferred but not mandatory
·MUST have a valid driver’s license.
·MUST be able to pass a background check
·Canvassing managers are required to plan territory and execute a daily goal and quota.
·The Canvassing manager is required to keep a daily log of territory and performance and report back to the sales manager.
·Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance and territory reports to the Sales manager.
