Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team, focusing on optimizing sales operations within our solar company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and automation, with proficiency in Tableau, Google Sheets, JavaScript, and Python. As a System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our sales processes, ensuring efficient system configurations, and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize Tableau and Google Sheets to analyze sales data, identify trends, and create insightful visualizations to support sales strategies and decision-making processes.
- System Integration and Automation: Develop and maintain automated workflows using JavaScript and Python to integrate various systems and streamline sales operations processes, including lead management, quoting, and contract generation.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in system engineering, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Proficiency in Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Python, with experience in automation and scripting.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
