Naveco is a private company based in New Brunswick, focused on renewable energy development. As an independent power producer, we are committed to sustainably develop, build, own (or acquire), and operate wind and solar generation projects across Canada.
To rapidly scale, and support our core values of job creation, supporting community initiatives, and engaging the population on the financial benefits of reducing fossil fuel dependence, Naveco requires an individual helping transition our group of companies onto the ZOHO ERP through the creation of some custom functions and by training staff in how to use the software.

As a Senior ZOHO Developer, joining our team, you will be challenged by complex, high-pressure assignments that will directly impact our clients and the company. This is an opportunity for you, an ambitious individual to make a significant and positive impact on the organization by working as a member of cross-disciplined teams of staff. You will work closely with our senior staff and will have exposure to a wide variety of projects within a performance-based culture. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transition people onto the new applications and workflow
- Write Standard Operating Procedures for how to use the software
- Write guides for future programmers to understand your work and how it could be improved in future
- Create custom functions to have a seamless experience from one Zoho application to the next
- Train people individually as well as in group environments on how to use the software
- Assess the needs of the individual users so to create a software workflow that works well for them
- Improve manual workflows through automation and features found in Zoho that users would not be aware of

COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Must have proven working experience implementing the Zoho ERP at another location
- Must have previous experience coding with Deluge script
- Ability to conduct research and evaluate data to make informed decisions
- Project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work 4:30pm-2:30am IST
- Access to stable, high speed internet capable of video conferencing
