We are looking for a talented Consolidation Manager to join our team.
- Manage and train accounting staff of two accountants
- Responsible of the consolidation system, consolidation elimination entries and reporting templates of the group
- Taking part in the monthly and quarterly financial closing, consolidation preparation and cash flow statements
- Working closely with the company’s Controllers to assure the organization’s financial accounting needs.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations.
- Manage the profit in inventory (PII of the group)
- Monitor and review the accuracy of financial data.
- Working with the Company's external auditors/advisors on audit, accounting, and other matters.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Taking part of the accounting implementation of Oracle ERP.
- CPA
- Experience with Oracle ERP system and HFM system - advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
- At least 5 years' experience in a Big 4 accounting firm auditing global hi-tech companies and work at global hi-tech companies, including previous management responsibility.
- The position requires an experienced, collaborative accounting professional with the background and interpersonal skills necessary to influence and manage an effective team.
- Attention to detail, superior organizational and exceptional communication skills are key requirements for the role
- High-level English - excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong EXCEL experience
