Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences? We’re looking for a motivated and creative student to join our team as an Instructional Design Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing innovative training solutions and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality educational content. What will you be doing:
- Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
- Using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, MidJourney and others, to develop learning solutions
- Working with subject matter experts to learn and understand complex products, processes and systems
- Identifying the target audience’s learning needs
- Define instructional end goals and create content that matches them
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practices and methods
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
Skills Required
- Technology savvy and early adopter of new tools and methods, mainly in the AI domain
- Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
- Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
- Suggest creative training solutions
- Excellent English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Preference is given to a previous global company candidate
- Background in the Solar or Hardware world - Advantage
- Customer success background - Advantage
Required Technical Competencies
- Experience working withAI tools, course development software, such as Articulate, Storyline, Rise, Powtoon, and Animaker
- Experience working with LMSs, such as Absorb, Docebo, Cornerstone or Litmos – advantage
- Experience delivering classroom training
Required Behavioral Competencies
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment
Educational requirement
- Bachelor or master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, social sciences, or similar - advantage
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Experience
- At least 2 years as an Instructional Designer - advantage
- 1 year as a trainer and 1 year as an Instructional Designer
