Position Overview:
The primary functions of the Customer Solutions Manager (Solar) include developing relationships with multifamily property owners and managers to deploy on-site Solar (with Storage and Energy Management) onsite at Multifamily Affordable Housing properties. The CSM(s) will be expected to maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all sales activity in Salesforce and to provide direct status updates to ICAST management as needed and requested.
RequirementsMust Have Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience selling into the Multifamily Solar market
- Knowledge of solar project development process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Knowledge of utility rebate programs and federal and local tax credits and incentives
- Experience selling Energy Storage
- Knowledge of Energy Financing options such as PPA, PACE, EPC, EaaS
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills
Location: Remote in the U.S.A. (close to a major airport)

Skill Level: Intermediate
Education: BA in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.

Compensation: $75K + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Network with owners and managers of MF properties
- Collect property data to help ICAST engineers develop proposals and estimates
- Enter all activities into Salesforce
- Close contracts with MF customers
- Follow-up with clients to resolve pending issues including requests for data
